Residential Architecture
This project consisted in a rehabilitation of a 19th century apartment with 200m2 of construction area, which was in a very poor state of conservation. The proposal was to rehabilitate it, turning it into an apartment adapted to our days.

It’s original layout was changed, by adapting the available area to the requested interior program.
New sanitary facilities were created, as well as a full new kitchen (where the tiles dated from the same century of the house were carefully reused and replaced where they did not exist). Besides this, all the general infrastructures were redone, and all the areas treated considering the needs of each space.
In this way, a 200m2 apartment was transformed into a home with excellent living conditions and a program that corresponded to the expectations of its owners.
