Residential Architecture
This project concerns the rehabilitation of a 170m2 apartment in a relatively new building, but whose construction quality led the owners to want to renovate it, improving its living conditions and appearance. The intervention in terms of compartmentation was not very significant.

The layout of the spaces was maintained, but the architectural elements were changed, seeking a purification of the lines and a cleaner image throughout the apartment. The doors were raised to the ceiling, the skirting boards were embedded in the walls and the size of the living room door has changed, being now a sliding door, which has improved significantly it’s access.
The flooring was uniformed, and we now have wood flooring in all areas of the house except for the sanitary facilities that serve the rooms, where the same natural stone was applied to the walls.
In the kitchen, complementing the work area, a dining area was also created next to the window.
